Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for building, growing, and managing our online and offline communities. Knowledge in real estate is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to resonate with our target audience.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a timely and authentic manner.
- Analyze key metrics and compile reports to track community growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community activities with business goals.
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in community management.
Ideal Profile:
- Proficiency in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, You Tube, etc.)
- Ability to create engaging and targeted marketing strategies
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (bilingual)
- Experience in promoting services, ideally in the real estate sector
- Skills in content creation (texts, visuals, videos) and managing advertising campaigns
- Creativity, autonomy, and a proactive mindset
