Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for building, growing, and managing our online and offline communities. Knowledge in real estate is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to resonate with our target audience.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a timely and authentic manner.
- Analyze key metrics and compile reports to track community growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community activities with business goals.
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in community management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in community management or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse audiences.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and community management tools.
- Ability to analyze community engagement metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for building and nurturing communities.
- Knowledge in real estate is a plus.
