The Raw Land
A large underdeveloped plot in La Marie — fertile ground , great location , full of potential. We saw what other didn’t: a future neighbourhood where families could put down roots.

The Morcellement
We surveyed, subdivided, and registered the land as a proper morcellement — laying out paved internal roads, drainage, and clearly demarcated residentials plots for sale.

Plots Sold
Multiple plots were sold to individual buyers who have gone on to build their own homes. The streets began to fill. The community started to take shape.

Two Houses Built & Reserved
Savikam Constructed two standalone houses within the morcellement — both now reserved. Lot 16 (RS 7.9m, near completion) and Lot 29 (RS 8.2m, main structure done) attracted buyers before they were even finished.
